Booking Policy

1. Making a Booking

Tour inquiries and bookings can be made through WhatsApp. Please provide your preferred travel date, number of people, preferred tour option and any transport requirements.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the booking details have been agreed with Merapi Jeep Tour and any required confirmation or payment arrangements have been completed.

2. Booking Information

To help us arrange your tour correctly, please provide accurate information, including:

• Preferred tour date.
• Number of guests.
• Preferred Jeep Tour option.
• Whether transport from Yogyakarta is required.
• Accommodation or pickup information when applicable.
• A contact number that can be reached through WhatsApp.

3. Private Jeep Capacity

Our Jeep tours are private experiences. A maximum of 4 people can travel in one Jeep.

If your group has more than 4 people, please contact us so we can discuss the appropriate arrangement.

4. Prices

Tour prices shown on our website are quoted per person unless specifically stated otherwise.

Yogyakarta hotel pickup and drop-off may be available as an additional transport option. Please check the current pricing information or contact us before booking.

5. Tour Date and Meeting Arrangements

Guests are responsible for providing the correct travel date and relevant pickup or meeting information.

For guests requesting transport from Yogyakarta, pickup arrangements should be discussed and confirmed in advance.

6. Weather and Volcanic Conditions

Mount Merapi is an active volcano and weather and volcanic conditions can change.

Routes, activities or tour arrangements may need to be adjusted when conditions require it. Safety takes priority over following a particular route or itinerary.

7. Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to follow the instructions of the driver-guide and comply with applicable safety requirements during the tour.

Guests should also inform us in advance about relevant mobility, accessibility or other requirements that could affect the tour.

8. Changes to a Booking

If you need to change your travel date, number of guests, pickup arrangement or tour option, please contact us as early as possible.

Changes are subject to availability and may affect the total price or booking arrangements.
