Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Guest

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Merapi Jeep Tour through WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Any refund eligibility depends on the booking arrangement that was confirmed at the time of reservation.

2. Changes to Your Booking

If you need to change your tour date, number of guests, tour option or transport arrangement, contact us as early as possible.

Changes are subject to availability. A change may affect the total price or the services included in your booking.

3. Cancellation or Changes Due to Weather

Weather conditions around Mount Merapi can change quickly. Rain, poor visibility, road conditions or other circumstances may affect the experience.

When weather conditions make a tour unsuitable or unsafe, the tour may be adjusted, postponed or cancelled depending on the situation.

If a change or cancellation is required because of conditions affecting the tour, we will communicate the available options directly with the guest.

4. Volcanic Activity and Safety Restrictions

Mount Merapi is an active volcano. Access restrictions, official safety recommendations or changing volcanic conditions can affect tour operations.

If a route or activity cannot safely operate, safety takes priority. We may adjust the itinerary or make other appropriate arrangements.

5. Guest Arrival and Pickup

Guests using a pickup service are responsible for providing correct accommodation and pickup information and being ready at the agreed pickup location.

Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the tour schedule.

6. No-Show

If a guest does not appear for the agreed tour or pickup without contacting us, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Refund eligibility for a no-show depends on the booking terms confirmed for that reservation.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the processing method and timing will depend on the original payment arrangement.

Guests should provide accurate information when requested for processing a refund.

8. Third-Party Bookings

If you book a Merapi Jeep Tour through a third-party platform, cancellation and refund rules may be governed by that platform's terms.

In that situation, please also check the cancellation policy shown by the platform where your reservation was made.
